Job summary

Penspen is urgently hiring a Sr. Construction /Installation Engineer - (Structure - Topsides & Bridges) for an Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and extensive offshore construction experience, including topsides, bridges, and connected structures. Lead the engineering activities, review drawings and specifications, and ensure construction works comply with QA/QC, procedures, and offshore execution plans, while mitigating risks and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in offshore projects, with at least 5+ years in offshore topsides structures and bridges.

Responsibilities

Provide construction engineering, installation engineering, and field execution support for offshore topsides structural works, bridges, walkways, modules and related structures.
Lead construction and installation engineering activities for offshore topsides and bridge structures.
Review IFC drawings, structural calculations, specifications and construction documents for field applicability.
Develop and review construction sequences, installation methodologies and work packs.
Provide technical solutions for constructability, access, lifting, and temporary support constraints.
Monitor and ensure safe, compliant offshore construction activities per procedures and plans.
