Job summary

Penspen is urgently hiring a Sr. Construction /Installation Engineer for offshore topsides and bridges in Abu Dhabi. You will lead construction engineering, review IFC drawings, and develop installation methodologies for field execution.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 15 years in offshore construction/installation, with significant offshore project experience. PMC/EPC background and ADNOC Offshore exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in offshore construction and installation.
Experience with topsides, bridges, decks, and associated structures.

Responsibilities

Provide construction engineering, installation engineering and field execution support for offshore topsides structural works, bridges, walkways and associated structures.
Lead construction and installation engineering activities for offshore topsides and bridge structures.
Review IFC drawings, calculations and specs for field applicability.
Develop and review construction sequences and installation methodologies.
Identify construction risks and mitigation measures for offshore projects.
Support site queries, RFIs, field changes and deviations during construction.
