Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced quality-focused professional to lead PMO and site quality on offshore projects in the UAE. The role requires ensuring compliance with project quality plans, overseeing inspections, and coordinating with EPC contractors to deliver a compliant, high-value asset.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with FEED/EPC and PMC experience, preferably on offshore ventures and with ADNOC exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in FEED & EPC environments.
• Experience in PMC roles in offshore projects preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSSEQ goals are met through leadership and involvement.
• Oversee site quality plans and inspections with EPC contractor.
• Lead weekly construction site quality meetings and audits.
• Review NCRs and root cause analyses to close non-conformities.
