Job summary

Avsar Global is seeking a Projects Engineer for an offshore UAE assignment, overseeing activities from design through handover. The role includes managing costs, schedules, and contractor coordination, with a 5-month offshore period and 1 month of paid leave.

Candidates must have offshore ADNOC experience and 5–10 years in project engineering, with strong planning, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Offshore and ADNOC experience mandatory.
• 5–10 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in project planning, cost control, technical documentation, and contractor coordination.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple project activities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Control project costs and administer contractor contracts.
• Coordinate project activities and provide regular progress updates.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Develop project objectives, phases, responsibilities, and schedules.
• Review contractor bids.
• Prepare technical studies and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and resolve problems.
• Review designs, specifications, schedules, and project changes.
