Job summary

Avsar Global seeks a Construction Manager to plan, manage, and oversee offshore construction activities from mobilization to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality meet client requirements.

The UAE offshore assignment runs for 5 months with 1 month paid leave; offshore experience with ADNOC is mandatory, a Bachelor’s in engineering, 8+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of offshore construction experience.
• Experience with ADNOC projects.
• PMP certification preferred/required.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and risk management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project planning, scope changes, risks, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholders, teams, contractors, and project personnel.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.
