Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead Planning and Cost Engineer for an offshore subsea package in Abu Dhabi. You will develop and monitor integrated schedules using Primavera P6, manage cost control systems, and report progress to management and clients.

The role requires 15 years in project controls with 5+ years in lead roles on offshore oil and gas projects, familiarity with ADNOC procedures, and strong skills in EVM, risk analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• PMP, PSP (AACE), CCP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and cover EPC lifecycle.
• Prepare cost budgets, CBS, and EAC/ETC, and validate invoices.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and earned value data.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and change management.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore reps, consultants, and EPC contractors.
