Qualifications

• HSE qualification such as IOSH or higher.

• Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and lifting activities on offshore artificial islands.
• Uphold operational standards and safety compliance (QHSE).
• Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety days and safety meetings.
• Interact with clients and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely operations.
• Monitor teams to ensure adherence to procedures and quality.
• Identify staff development opportunities and report on progress.
• Complete and submit timely reports; ensure client expectations are met.
