Job summary

UnitedYou Ventures seeks a Rigging Supervisor (Offshore) to lead rigging operations during vessel mobilizations and offshore campaigns. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards while supervising crews and maintaining equipment.

The role requires extensive offshore experience, strong HSE knowledge, and the ability to work under challenging weather and confined-space conditions. Immediate mobilisation support is expected in technically demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate with technical qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, preferably offshore.
• Proficiency in English, computer literacy, and offshore safety certifications.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rigging activities and demonstrate work methods.
• Train and develop subordinates, ensuring equipment maintenance.
• Monitor progress, materials and man-hours to prevent waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and investigate crew grievances.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
