Job summary

You will allocate tasks, supervise crew, train personnel, and maintain tools while upholding HSE standards through site inspections and incident reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in Oil & Gas scaffolding and offshore safety certifications with English reporting ability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas scaffolding operations.
• Offshore safety certifications.
• Ability to read/write reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Allocate tasks to crew, demonstrating safe scaffolding assembly/disassembly.
• Train subordinates and maintain tools/equipment in optimal condition.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and report hazards.
• Investigate crew grievances and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
