Job summary

Penspen is urgently seeking a Sr. Construction/Installation Engineer for offshore jackets and wellhead towers on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive offshore experience, including jacket fabrication and installation.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in offshore oil and gas projects, PMC/EPC background, and familiarity with ADNOC Offshore environments. The position emphasizes safety, constructability, and field support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 15+ years experience, with 5+ years offshore.
Proven offshore jacket fabrication and installation experience.
PMC/EPC background preferred, ADNOC Offshore experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and field execution support for fabrication, load-out, and offshore installation of jackets and wellhead towers.
Ensure construction activities are safe, efficient, and compliant with drawings, specs, codes, and schedule.
Interface with Engineering, Fabrication, Marine, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Clients to support offshore execution.
Review drawings, fabrication and installation documents; develop and review methodologies.
Coordinate constructability reviews and resolve field installation issues.
