Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in Fire Fighting/Protection within the oil industry, with senior responsibilities.
  • Professional certifications: Watch Commander Level and Fire Service Instructor or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to supervise training centres and incident response teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the island(s) Fire Training Centre activities and ensures training aligns with standards.
  • Assumes during emergency incidents duties of incident commander and leads firefighting, oil/chemical spills and rescue efforts.
  • Prepares training aids and presents fire, emergency response and chemical incident training courses for offshore facilities and vessels.
  • Inspects ADNOC Offshore facilities, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and prepares related reports.
  • Develops emergency procedures, disposal methods and maintains equipment testing and training materials.
