Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Fire Training Officer to supervise emergency response for offshore facilities and marine vessels. You will lead incident response, act as incident commander when needed, and ensure training aligns with ADNOC standards.

You will design drills, oversee the Fire Training Centre, and mentor site personnel. Requirements include 5–6 years in fire protection, proficiency in English, and Watch Commander Level/Fire Service Instructor certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-6 years of experience in fire fighting/protection with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proficient in English.
• Watch Commander Level and Fire Service Instructor or equivalent.
• Experience in offshore facilities and marine vessels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Island Fire Training Centre activities and ensure standards.
• Assume incident commander duties during emergencies and lead teams.
• Prepare training aids and deliver emergency response training.
• Deliver training for ADNOC Offshore facilities and marine vessels.
• Design scenarios and run simulated exercises for crews.
• Maintain equipment and ensure HSE compliance across sites.
