Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Fire Training Officer - Emergency Response to lead emergency operations and deliver advanced training across offshore island facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5–6 years of firefighting/ emergency response experience; senior-level supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond on a 24-hour basis to fires, hydrocarbon releases, toxic gas incidents, rescue emergencies and fire loss control across island facilities.
• Assume Incident Commander responsibilities during emergency events until a more senior officer takes over.
• Lead and supervise firefighting personnel during fire suppression, oil and chemical spill response, and medical emergencies.
• Develop training materials and deliver structured emergency response instruction for varying competency levels.
• Coordinate training programs in accordance with Fire Service policies and standards.
