Zand is seeking an experienced Banking Operations professional to oversee daily Account Services and Loan Operations, including Syndicated and Term Loans, while ensuring compliant data handling and process controls.

The role collaborates with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues and drive efficiency, with emphasis on risk management and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Loan Operations, Account Services, KYC, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Banking Operations, Account Services, Customer Onboarding, or Loan Operations with exposure to Syndicated and Term Loans preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; professional certifications such as ACAMS, CFE, or ORM are advantageous.

The role is also supporting customer data management, operational controls, and issue resolution, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant banking services.
