Job summary

Rakbank in Dubai is seeking a Profile Change Specialist to manage customer profile changes in a regulated banking environment.

You will coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Credit and Compliance to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration and at least two years’ banking compliance experience, with a focus on data integrity and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or financial services with a compliance focus.
• Experience with different legal structures (e.g., sole proprietorship, LLC) and relevant documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC, AML) and internal controls.
• Strong client communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for changes in customer profiles (signatories, name, status).
• Validate documents and ensure accuracy in core banking systems.
• Coordinate with RM, Operations, Credit and Compliance teams.
• Maintain records and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Identify gaps and support process automation.
• Produce MIS reports on profile changes and SLAs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Profile Management

• Process requests for changes in customer profiles (e.g., authorized signatories, company name, legal status, contact details, ownership structure, etc.).
• Validate documentation submitted by clients for profile changes.
• Ensure updates are accurately reflected in core banking systems.

Compliance & Risk Control

• Verify changes against regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA).
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and audit standards.
• Flag discrepancies or suspicious activities to compliance teams.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Operations, Credit and Compliance teams for smooth execution of profile changes.
• Communicate with clients for clarification or additional documentation.

System & Data Integrity

• Maintain accurate records of all profile change requests.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure data consistency across systems.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in the profile change process and suggest enhancements.
• Support automation initiatives to improve turnaround time.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports on profile change requests and status.
• Track SLA adherence and elevate delays.

Minimum Qualification
