Office Manager for Biometric Passport Agency in El-Ain, Egypt

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the operations of our biometric passport agency in El-Ain, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and coordinating with clients and government officials.

As an Office Manager, you will be expected to have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the biometric passport agency in El-Ain
  2. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and filing paperwork
  3. Ensure that office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked
  4. Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and provide necessary information
  5. Liaise with government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
  6. Train and supervise administrative staff members
  7. Develop and implement office policies and procedures for efficient operation
  8. Handle any urgent or unexpected issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Salary: $1000 per month
