Job summary

123Dubai.ae in Dubai invites an experienced Off-Plan Manager to lead our off-plan sales division. You will manage relationships with leading developers, guide clients through the off-plan purchase journey, and drive team performance to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Dubai off-plan real estate sales, a proven sales record, and a RERA certification. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of off-plan real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• RERA certification required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Russian a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with leading Dubai developers.
• Lead a team of off-plan consultants, setting targets and providing mentorship.
• Guide clients through the off-plan purchase journey from inquiry to handover.
• Analyse market trends and identify new project opportunities.
• Represent 123Dubai at developer launches, property expos, and networking events.
• Ensure CRM is maintained accurately with all client and deal information.
