REAPHR is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan in Abu Dhabi to manage off-plan property sales and build relationships with buyers and investors. You will promote UAE off-plan developments, understand budgets and investment preferences, present project details, and negotiate until closing.

A UAE real estate license is preferred and a strong track record in sales is required to succeed in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• UAE real estate sales experience, preferably off-plan.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with investors and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads into transactions.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable projects based on budget and preferences.
• Present project details, payment plans, timelines, and selling points to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of new launches, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, and briefings with clients.
