Responsibilities

• Engage, qualify and convert leads generated by in-house teams for off-plan developments.
• Arrange and conduct viewings (virtual and in-person) and present payment plans clearly.
• Provide timely market advice and update clients on project progress and handover schedules.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process to completion.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, viewings and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with relations and operations to secure allocations and expedite reservations.
• Meet individual and team KPIs including appointments, conversions and closed deals.
• Keep market knowledge current with new project launches and promotions.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Engage, qualify and convert leads generated by the in-house telesales and marketing teams for off-plan developments
• Arrange and conduct viewings (virtual and in-person) and present developer payment plans, incentives and benefits clearly to prospective buyers
• Provide accurate, timely market advice and keep clients updated on project progress, availability and handover schedules
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process to completion, ensuring documentation complies with RERA and internal standards
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, viewings and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Collaborate with developer relations and operations teams to secure allocations, resolve queries and expedite reservations
• Meet individual and team KPIs including appointments, conversion rates and closed deals
• Keep market knowledge current with new project launches, developer promotions and competitive activity in Dubai

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in residential property sales in Dubai, with preference for candidates who have worked with off-plan projects
• Confident and professional communication style with persuasive telephone and face-to-face manner
• Target-driven with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and competency using CRM systems
• Professional attitude, punctuality and reliable time management
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
