Job summary
Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial real estate, including secondary and off-plan property. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships and a client-first approach.
We are seeking agents with at least 1 year in real estate or luxury sales to join our team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
- Dubai off-plan real estate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of property developers, project launches and payment plans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and investor relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- 50%–70% commission structure
