Job summary

Enclave Real Estate in Dubai seeks a driven real estate professional with at least 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales. You will engage with buyers and sellers, manage listings, and build strong landlord relationships while targeting sales goals.

A UAE driving license and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Fresh daily leads and full marketing support accompany a 50%–70% commission structure, with training and access to industry-leading tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• UAE/Dubai secondary-market experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resale properties, property listings and landlord relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
