Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an English-speaking Oenologist in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee wine production from grape cultivation to bottling. The role requires at least 5 years of Oenologist experience and fluency in English, with Arabic a plus.

You will conduct QC tests, monitor fermentation, develop production plans, collaborate with the team, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, with visa sponsorship and air ticket provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oenologist.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Experience in grape cultivation, fermentation, blending and bottling processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Malayalee

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Oenologists to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an English-speaking Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of wine from grape cultivation to bottling.
