Job summary

Voxtron in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to drive ERP implementations, analyze business processes, and configure ERP solutions for clients. The role emphasizes strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes, along with core ERP modules and other business applications.

You will engage with clients, conduct workshops, and support post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Odoo ERP Functional Consulting, Implementation or Functional Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Configure ERP modules according to business requirements and industry-specific processes.
• Handle Accounting and Finance functional requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Configure and support modules such as Accounting/Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project, and other business applications.
• Understand accounting principles and map finance and accounting processes into ERP workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and implementation-related documents.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, user training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and resolution of functional requirements.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data migration, master data preparation, system configuration, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional support to clients and assist in resolving post-implementation issues.
• Advise clients on ERP best practices, process improvements, and effective utilization of ERP functionalities.
• Participate in presales activities, requirement analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation when required.
• Manage multiple client requirements and implementation activities while ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
