Job summary

The Elite Job is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant – Team Effectiveness in Abu Dhabi to strengthen team performance, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning. The role partners with leaders, HR, and managers to translate business challenges into actionable development plans and measurable outcomes.

You will analyze team dynamics, design workshops, support organizational change, and coach leaders to build psychologically safe, high-performing teams across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree in Organizational Development or related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering team development or organizational improvement initiatives.
• Ability to conduct organizational assessments, interpret feedback, and identify performance challenges.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks, organizational design, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess team effectiveness and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct diagnostics, interviews, surveys, and facilitated discussions to understand challenges.
• Develop tailored interventions to improve alignment, accountability, trust, and communication.
• Help teams define goals, responsibilities, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support change initiatives and develop sustainable continuous improvement approaches.
• Prepare reports, assessments, and roadmaps for stakeholders.
