Job summary

A property management company located in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial accounts. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA or similar, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in Owners Association management. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential, along with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general accounting with at least 2 years in Master Community Owners Association Management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS and UAE Tax regulations.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial process of the company including Owners Association and Property Management functions.
• Prepare reports for management and auditors.
• Responsible for VAT filing and liaising with Tax Authority.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing process.
