Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Project Engineer – O&M to manage operations and maintenance programs across projects, ensuring timely delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The role embeds within the O&M Team to support program outcomes.

You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Program Schedule, monitor alignment of scope, cost, and risk, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in executive briefings and negotiations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• PMP/PRINCE2/PgMP certifications are strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support in timely initiation and delivery of O&M program of projects.
• Apply program governance framework and project management procedures.
• Define and maintain Project Plans, baselines, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Program Schedule.
• Monitor alignment between scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support executive briefings / steering committee updates.
• Maintain a program-level risk management plan and coordinate change control processes.
• Oversee procurement, contractor performance, and alignment of technical delivery with commercial contracts.
