Job summary

Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. is seeking an proactive O&M Engineer to oversee project delivery across lifecycle, coordinating with Design, Build and Operator teams.

The role focuses on managing O&M requirements, manuals, training and associated documentation to ensure successful project completion. The candidate will lead budgeted O&M activities, develop asset management strategies and guarantee timely delivery of all O&M deliverables while interfacing with multiple project departments.

Responsibilities

• Budget O&M engineering activities and operating costs on projects.
• Apportion O&M project requirements to respective work packages.
• Asset management strategy to be defined and implemented.
• Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables per schedule and budget.
• Prepare and issue guidelines for O&M manuals, training, spare parts, and tools.
• Prepare and deliver operation/maintenance analyses, manuals, procedures, and mobilization plans.
