Job summary

AEGEAN M E P SWIMMING POOLS INSTALLATION L.L.C is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines and milestones across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and site teams.

You will prepare baseline and look-ahead plans, monitor progress, identify delays, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to keep projects on track. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in planning, project controls, or a similar role.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, EPC, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines and milestones.
• Prepare baseline schedules look-ahead plans and project progress updates.
• Monitor planned vs actual progress and identify delays or schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with Engineering Procurement Production Logistics and Site teams to collect progress updates.
• Track engineering deliverables material procurement manufacturing delivery installation and commissioning activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify potential schedule risks and support the Project Manager in developing recovery and mitigation plans.
• Follow up on outstanding activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Update schedules for approved changes variations and revised project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project planning and progress records.
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings and provide planning updates.
