Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Abu Dhabi seeks a procurement professional to drive day‑to‑day O&M procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective goods and services.

You will manage demand intake, RFQs, evaluations, POs, and supplier communications while upholding contractual compliance, quality documentation, and performance reporting. ISO and PMP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Admin (required).
• Certifications: ISO 9001, 14000, 45000 and PMP preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years with a Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day O&M procurement execution to secure timely, cost-effective goods and services.
• Manage demand intake, RFQs, evaluations, POs and supplier communications.
• Ensure contractual compliance, documentation quality, and clear performance reporting.
• Process RFQs and maintain supplier database; raise and release orders.
• Prepare agreements, contracts, and ensure delivery of original purchase orders.
