AimGulf is seeking an Officer O&M to manage daily operations and maintenance in the utility sector. The role focuses on ensuring reliable systems through proactive monitoring and coordination in a contract capacity.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with strong troubleshooting skills and immediate availability preferred for on-site deployment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and fix O&M issues.
• Immediate availability preferred to start as contract resource.
• Experience in Operations & Maintenance within utilities, power or water sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily Operations & Maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
