Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute
• Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field (desired)
• At least 3–5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in OPD; five years of senior nursing leadership experience

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient-centric and evidence based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute

Desired:Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 3-5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in OPD

At least five years of senior nursing leadership experience

• Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation)
