Job summary

• Conduct regular patient visits and weekly insurance follow-ups.
• Resolve nursing staff issues and provide operational support.
• Conduct training for nurses and ensure compliance.
• Manage nurse bags, leave planning, and public holiday scheduling.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the home healthcare team.
