Job summary

Hziegler in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Nursing Director to lead clinical operations across the UAE's clinics. The role is based in Abu Dhabi with weekly travel to Dubai and Al Ain.

You will oversee about 40 staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality patient care. A Bachelor's in Nursing with RN license and at least 5 years in nursing management within IVF centers is required; female applicants only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (not online/distance programs)
• Current RN license
• ≥5 years’ nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director in an IVF Centre
