Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for RN licensure in UAE.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing management experience in IVF context.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to nursing and allied health teams.
• Drive quality care culture and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor nursing strategic plan to meet clinical/operational goals.
• Manage patient safety and risk processes.
• Plan and manage workforce to balance care quality and efficiency.
