Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi LLC is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse to supervise case management operations, including utilization review and social work coordination. You will ensure timely patient care planning, maintain regulatory documentation, and promote interdepartmental collaboration.

The role requires nursing leadership experience, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and a focus on patient safety and quality of care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program (minimum 3 years).
• Six years of clinical healthcare experience post-qualification.
• Two+ years as a Senior Charge Nurse or three+ years as a Charge Nurse.
• Active national license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an operational plan for Case Management, including Utilization Review and Social Work.
• Uses Case Management software to analyze trends and prepare reports.
• Presents data to stakeholders concisely and clearly.
• Identifies trends and recommends improvements.
• Manages staff through performance evaluations, coaching, and clinical visibility.
