Job summary

Al Diyafah High School LLC in Dubai seeks a qualified Nursery Manager to lead our nursery with a focus on high-quality early years education. You will ensure safe, nurturing environments and oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance with safeguarding standards.

You will collaborate with parents and colleagues to monitor curriculum delivery and children's development, while upholding British Curriculum standards and KHDA guidelines where applicable.

Qualifications

• They require a Bachelor’s degree in Education and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with British Curriculum and KHDA approval is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational abilities.

We are seeking a qualified, passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of early childhood education, and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for young children.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• British Curriculum experience is preferred.
• Existing KHDA approval, where applicable, or eligibility to obtain the required approval.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of early years development, safeguarding, child protection and nursery operations.
