Al Diyafah High School LLC in Dubai seeks a qualified Nursery Manager to lead our nursery with a focus on high-quality early years education. You will ensure safe, nurturing environments and oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance with safeguarding standards.

You will collaborate with parents and colleagues to monitor curriculum delivery and children's development, while upholding British Curriculum standards and KHDA guidelines where applicable.

Formación

• They require a Bachelor’s degree in Education and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with British Curriculum and KHDA approval is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and overall nursery management.
• Lead and support nursery staff to maintain high teaching and care standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding policies.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment supporting child development.
• Monitor curriculum delivery and children’s progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
