Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Nursery Head to lead our early years division, shaping strategy, curriculum and staff development.

You will oversee operations, admissions and events, ensure compliance with UAE education regulations, and drive continuous teaching and learning improvements. Candidates should have 5–8 years in early years education and at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5–8 years in early years education.
• 2–3 years in leadership/management roles.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
