Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is inviting Nursing professionals with recent two years of experience in Transplant/Cardiac/Neuro OR to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This role provides direct and indirect patient care across ages using evidence-based nursing procedures, with emphasis on family-centered care and patient education.

Candidates must have a nursing degree, current license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS as required; English fluency and strong communication; experience with EMR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in General Surgery/OR.
• Current national nursing license and BLS; ACLS/PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform admissions, assessments, and care planning for patients.
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care with family-centered approach.
• Document patient status and outcomes; monitor and report changes.
• Administer medications per policies; deliver treatments per protocols.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in outcome evaluations.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and professional communication.
