Job summary

Client of Skills Hub Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing team activities in a home healthcare setting. The role ensures patient-centered, high-quality care and adherence to DOH regulations, policies, and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with a valid DOH license or eligibility, strong leadership and communication skills, and prior supervision experience in home healthcare. Arabic skills are a plus; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree required.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility.
• Experience in Nursing Supervision / Charge Nurse / Team Leader preferred.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred but not mandatory.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing team.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality safe and patient-centred care.
• Coordinate patient care plans, nursing assignments and staff schedules.
• Conduct regular clinical follow-ups and support nurses in managing patient-care needs.
• Monitor nursing documentation, medication practices, infection control and patient safety.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and clinical support to nursing staff.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, families and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Handle and escalate clinical incidents, patient concerns and operational issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, professional standards and company policies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced home healthcare environment.
