The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing) with 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience and 2–3 years in nursing management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOHAP license or eligibility.
• 5–7 years' clinical nursing experience.
• 2–3 years in nursing management or supervision.
• Experience managing teams, staffing and rosters.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, infection control and patient safety.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a hospital or large healthcare facility.
• Management certification is an advantage.
