Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, monitor standards, and support clinical operations in adherence with policies and regulations.

Required BSN or equivalent, UAE RN license, and proven supervisory experience in a hospital. The role demands flexibility for shifts, weekends, and on-call duties in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing qualification preferred.
• Valid nursing license/registration in the UAE.
• Current RN qualification with relevant clinical experience.
• Experience supervising nursing teams in hospitals or health facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities and patient care operations.
• Lead, guide, and support nursing staff including RNs and nursing assistants.
• Assign duties and shifts based on staffing needs.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure clinical standards compliance.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of nursing staff.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, and patient safety programs.
• Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
• Communicate shift handovers and essential clinical information.
