• Technical Proficiency: Excellent understanding of nursing standards, quality management, and patient safety; ability to monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives; valid Nursing Practice License.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; skilled in home healthcare and hospital nursing procedures.
