Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a DHA-licensed Nursing Leader to supervise a team of professionals, manage scheduling, and drive clinical operations with a focus on patient safety and quality.

You will mentor staff, support recruitment and onboarding, monitor KPIs, ensure infection control and compliance, and partner with physicians to deliver excellent patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required and DHA licensure is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing nursing rosters, staffing, and clinic operations in UAE.
• BLS mandatory; ACLS/PALS desirable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of nursing professionals including scheduling and workflow planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing staff.
• Monitor team performance and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based nursing care and compliance with DHA regulations.
• Oversee medication management, documentation, and patient safety protocols.
