Job summary

Geisinger in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced healthcare IT professional to coordinate data collection and analysis for nursing care, vet workflows with leadership, and implement clinical tools to improve efficiency. The candidate must hold a healthcare-related bachelor's degree, have at least 4 years in IT and 5 years in clinical roles, and possess a PA RN license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of information technology experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Valid RN license for the State of Pennsylvania.

• Mentor nursing staff through EMR implementations and updates.
• Lead small-scale HIT projects independently.
• Recommend system enhancements to support clinical end users.
