Job summary

MEETHAQ MANPOWER L.L.C. is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) specialist in Dubai to monitor and coordinate network operations ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

You will oversee incident management, monitor performance, and coordinate with engineers, vendors and service providers to resolve issues in a timely manner. The candidate should be familiar with NOC applications and portals for TAQA, ADDC, ADM, RTA, and DEWA submissions and be capable of preparing MSRA and related

Qualifications

• Experience with TAQA, ADDC and ADM systems and NOC applications.
• Experience with RTA, DOT, TAQA, DARP and DEWA portals for NOC applications.
• Experience in preparing MSRA and all required documents for NOC application submissions.
• Familiarity with submissions related to Civil Defence departments.
• Familiarity with submissions related to ADM departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate network operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Monitor network performance alarms incidents and outages and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with network engineers IT teams vendors and service providers for incident management.
• Log track and escalates incidents and service requests in line with defined SLA requirements.
• Maintain NOC reports incident logs and performance dashboards and operational documentation.
• Support routine maintenance system monitoring and proactive identification of potential network issues.
