The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in network operations, ensuring the stability and integrity of our network infrastructure. This role is critical in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues to maintain optimal performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using various tools and technologies.
• Respond to network incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, escalating to senior engineers when necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network equipment.
• Document network configurations, changes, and incidents in accordance with company policies.
