Job summary

Parsons is hiring an experienced NOC Coordinator for a major metro and rail project in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with local authorities, managing NOC submissions, and ensuring timely approvals for project delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with 7-10 years of relevant experience in Dubai's infrastructure or rail projects. The position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience handling NOC coordination for infrastructure or rail projects in Dubai.
• Proven background in working with major authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, and DU.
• Excellent understanding of the NOC approval process and local regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle.
• Working knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Dubai government authorities to obtain NOCs and approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for NOC submissions.
• Attend meetings to track progress on NOC requirements.
• Support project teams throughout the approval process.
• Maintain records of all NOC applications and correspondence.
• Review project schedules and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate for utility-related approvals from service authorities.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
