Job summary

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation in Dubai seeks an experienced NOC Coordinator to manage authorities submissions and coordinate with consultants and contractors. You will review drawings for utility conflicts, ensure compliance with Dubai authority requirements, and maintain meticulous records of all submissions while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Dubai infrastructure/road projects.
• Strong understanding of NOC processes and authority coordination in Dubai.
• Familiarity with utility services (water, sewer, power, telecom, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant submission portals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
