The ideal candidate will have solid experience liaising with Dubai government entities and handling infrastructure or rail-related NOC procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Dubai government authorities and service agencies to obtain NOCs and approvals for project design and construction.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely submission of all NOC documentation.
• Attend coordination and kick-off meetings to track progress and provide updates on NOC requirements.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with authority standards.
• Support the project design and construction teams throughout the approval process, resolving technical queries and issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all NOC applications, approvals, rejections, and correspondence.
• Review project schedules and identify potential delays in NOC-related activities; recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate with service authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, and DU for utility-related approvals.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Track and expedite all pending NOC submissions and ensure timely follow-up with the relevant departments.
• Attend project and authority meetings, representing Parsons in all NOC coordination discussions.
• Perform additional project support duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 7-10 years of experience handling NOC coordination for infrastructure or rail projects in Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
• Proven background in working with major authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, and DU.
• Excellent understanding of the NOC approval process and local regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle.
• Working knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
